Took on the responsibility of internalising public relations and marketing functions, resulting in a yearly cost saving of £50k for the business. Spearheaded all aspects of Public Relations and Marketing, including the development of annual strategies.

Notably, during this period, I played a primary role in strategically integrating digital marketing, incorporating both social media marketing and online paid advertising in to the team’s core offerings.

Coordinated the planning and execution of routine internal and external marketing and communications campaigns, including the organisation of events, production of corporate publications, and management of the Linc Cymru website and its microsites.

Produced a weekly publication, crafted content for the website, and conducted interviews with business partners. Generated, edited, and promoted content across print and online platforms, utilising industry standard Adobe Creative Suite, Quark and CQ5. I also created video contect, monitored social media, and oversaw regional marketing campaigns, collaborating with local and national media.

Additionally, I mentored fellow Regional Editors, providing feedback and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and CQ5 intranet, contributing to the success of communication initiatives.
